Opposite is the spacious dining room with a large dining table, which provides access to the large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, a large refrigerator, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, and everything you need for everyday use. The kitchen also includes a large pantry. The ground floor also features a guest toilet and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. A staircase leads from the ground floor to the upper floor.

The upper floor houses the second living room with satellite TV, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Bay of Palma. There are also five additional double bedrooms and three bathrooms, all of which have two single beds, and one bathroom is en-suite.
