If you are looking for a perfect beach home, this accommodation should be your number one choice. Los Pinos 28 is located only 100 metres from the sea front promenade within walking distance to the newly-renovated San Pedro boulevard with its multitude of bars and restaurants, the renowned I/O and NAC Paddle Club, local shops, boutiques and Puerto Banus. Malaga International airport is less than one hour away.
This contemporary and clean accommodation is recently updated with modern materials to offer comfortable living. There is a central air-conditioning and heating The fully fitted kitchen, equipped with the most up-to-date appliances, are connected to the open plan living/dining areas that lead on to outdoor area with acces to the roofrop terrece.
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
7. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
8. This is a family only accommodation, groups of young guests are not aloud to stay in the accommodation.
9. Unfortunately it's not allowed to use the charcoal barbecue between the 1st of June and the 30th of September because of the high risk on forest fires.
10. Images are for marketing purposes only, this property does not allow commercial usage, including content creation and publishing, without written consent from us.
Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times.
TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
Our guests have full access to the accommodation and the urbanisation's amenities.

One of the main features of this new development is the short walking distance to the supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, and of course the beach. It is very well connected to Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona town.
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:
- Peurto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 10 minutes away.
