The villa is located in the holiday resort of Jandia, in the south of the island of Fuerteventura, only approx. 400 metres from the long sandy beach.
Supermarkets, various shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as are the bus stop and taxi rank.
Nevertheless, you are in a quiet area on the edge of the village centre, traffic-calmed due to its location at the end of a cul-de-sac.

An almost floor-level, spacious shower cubicle and an underbuilt double washbasin round off the facilities.
