This wonderful apartment offers a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea from its spacious and sunny south-facing terrace.
With an area of 56 m2, the terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun from early morning to late evening.
Parts of the terrace are covered, providing both privacy and shade during various meals.
Located in the exclusive area of Ladera del Mar, just 3 km west of Nerja, this apartment invites you to a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The area is characterised by large private terraces and well-maintained gardens that enhance the breathtaking panoramic views over the sea. It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, whilst being only a few minutes' drive from central Nerja.
For those who prefer to walk, it is only a 35-minute stroll away.
Alternatively, a bus departs every 30 minutes during summer and once an hour during winter, with a stop just below Ladera del Mar. Access to the apartment is via a short staircase from the road above, where free parking is available.
The nearest beach is just 300 metres below the apartment, and after a short walk you will find one of Nerja's most beautiful pool areas, exclusive to guests in the area, complete with sun loungers and parasols.
The pool is open from Easter to the end of October. The terrace comes fully furnished with a table with 6 chairs and a gas grill.
From the spacious living room, you can enjoy the panoramic view over the terrace and the sea through several sliding glass doors.
The kitchen is modern with a beautiful window facing the terrace and the sea. The apartment has two large bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes as well as AC. One bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine, whilst the other is a spacious guest toilet with adjoining storage space. PROPERTY REGULATIONS • Bookings where all guests are under 25 years old are not permitted. • This property does not accept groups of young people. • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
A cleaning fee will be applied if this is breached. • Events are not permitted within the property or anywhere on the grounds.
