The 80 m2 detached holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with an adjoining private park, but still centrally located in the center of La Marina. Alicante Airport is 20km away. In the center of the village there is a doctor, shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, pizzeria, cocktail bar, wine tastings, tapas bar, etc.
The house is ideal for large and small families: a living room with TV, satellite TV, safe, three bedrooms (of which 2 with TV), a new kitchen (with dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle e.c.), a shower room and a guest toilet. Covered outdoor terrace, solar system for hot water and an outdoor shower.
The beach is about 3 km away, kilometers long and very wide, with tapas bar and beach stall. Behind it are green dunes and pine forests.
A car parking space is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are on site.
The price includes the costs for WLAN and water consumption, you only pay the electricity costs on site to our administrator Mrs. Nowitzki. You can read your consumption daily on the digital meter. Electricity prices are currently 30ct per KWh. Due to the current situation, this can increase, we then charge according to the current daily prices of the electricity supplier. Our administrator also takes over the instruction, pool and final cleaning.
In winter, the house is heated with a pellet stove, fixed electric heating and air conditioning in the living room, air conditioning in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The solar system supplies the house with warm water. German, Spanish and French television available.
Long-term tenants (over one month) receive a discount in winter, please contact the host.
