Situated in Benalmádena, the adults-only holiday studio apartment Santa Ana Beach and Fun is just a short walk from the beach.
The 51 m² property consists of one room that serves as both the living and sleeping area.
It features one double bed and one sofa bed suitable for two people.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as one bathroom.
The studio apartment can accommodate up to four guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, and a smart TV with streaming services.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The apartment boasts shared terraces (both open and covered) where you can relax in the evening.
There is a large terrace with stunning views directly in front of the beach. Distances: nearest bar 2 m, nearest café 2 m, beach (Playa de Santa Ana) 50 m, nearest restaurant 6 m, nearest supermarket 362 m, golf course 5.4 km, and airport 11.7 km. The property offers step-free access throughout.
Pets, parties, or events are not permitted.
Smoking is allowed only on the terrace, not inside the property.

La proximité de la plage était géniale!
À notre arrivée à 15h le logement n’était pas prêt. On nous a demandé d’attendre à 16h mais nous avions l’épicerie à mettre au frigo. On a pu la déposer et revenir plus tard.

Location
Loud people in the neighbourhood, host doesn’t respond as she should to problems and doesn’t speak any English. Balcony not private no outside settee or table as on photos.
