Villa "Payma" in Almuñecar is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 12 people.
Each room has a bathroom.
The villa features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with streaming services and a DVD player.
On top of that, a table tennis table, a private gym with all kinds of sports machines and exercise bicycles, a pool table, and an exterior movie projector are also provided for your enjoyment.
Children are allowed and a baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a whirlpool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The villa is 1 hour from Malaga International Airport, 20 minutes from Los Moriscos Club de Golf in Motril and 50 minutes from Granada. 3 parking spaces are available on the property and 1 in a garage.
Pets are not allowed.
A swimming pool heat pump is available at an additional cost.
The property has step-free access. Beach/pool towels are provided. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Huset er finere enn det som vises på bildene. Det var veldig rent både i huset og uteområdet. Huset var utstyrt med alt man trenger, og mer til. Vi ankom sent på kvelden, og verten spanderte pizza på oss. Veldig god service.
Huset ligger høyt oppe, og det er bratte bakker ned til sentrum. Det er ikke så langt å gå, men det er slitsomt når man skal opp.
