The property is a private villa spread over one floor, located in the exclusive “Punta de la Mona” residential area.
It is located in a quiet area surrounded by a small number of villas. “La Herradura” village is only a 10 minutes walk from the house making it an ideal location to enjoy a relaxing holiday whilst close to all the amenities.
OUTSIDE The plot, with 1000 sqm and a large pool, harmoniously mix amazing sea views whith the mountain.
The owners have preserved the native garden to which you can access through different terraces and a few steps down.
There is an outdoor barbecue where you can enjoy the back garden with lemon trees, cactus and the amazing rocky wall while having dinner or lunch.
The front and the back of the house are all opened to nature.
In one the front terraces there are a large table and a sofa perfect for entertaining.
In the second big terrace there are sunloungers as in the solarium.
The sea views at sunset are just amazing in both terrraces.
The property has large private pool, which overlooks the sea and the mountain, with solarium and a chill out area perfect for a relaxing siesta.
The owners supply pool towels to the guests.
The house has gardener and pool man so you don’t have to worry about the pool and beautiful plants.
There is also private garage for two cars at street level.
INSIDE THE HOUSE The 150 sqm house is all newly decorated to a comfortable standard.
Sleeps 6 people.
In the winter there are electric heaters and 2 open fireplaces, one in the sitting room and one in the main bedroom.
In summer there is no air-conditioning because the sea breezes keep the house cool but there are fans in each bedroom.
Once you enter the house you can see the superb see view from the huge living room/dinning room leading to the kitchen.
Another separated sitting room keeps a cosy sofa in front of the fireplace.
TV, WI-FI etc are all included.
The inner dining room table seats 6 people.
The kitchen connects dining and living room with the fabulous back garden.
You are invited to cook in its Medierranean atmosphere.
Fully equipped electric kitchen includes coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dish washer and a large quantity of silverware, cookware and cutlery….. A “welcome pack” courtesy of the owners includes water, milk, detergent etc so you don’t need to rush to the supermarket on arrival! The house has 3 double bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms with either shower or bath.
Main bedroom includes fireplace.
All 3 bedrooms have a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Stylish decoration.
Guests are supplied with sheets, duvets and towels.
The cleaner will come before you arrive and when you leave.
La Herradura is a small village with all the shops and services you may need.
You will find thorough information about shops, restaurants, markets and summer activities in our “red book” inside the house.
You are welcome to use it, and even include anything new that you discover in your stay for the next guests.
Spanish language is not needed.

Mooie plaats, was schoon, neetjes, mooiuitzicht op zee. Mooie terras kun je genieten van mooie weer. Zwembad was schoon en warm voor deze tijd.
Banken, was kapot en stonk, heel weinig wcpapier, geen zeep en shampo, doorgegeven maar ze wilden niet geven of vullen. Kleine dorpje geen groote supermarkt.
Plekjes hekje bij terras/zwembad doorgeroest, scherp v kindertjes
