Located in Port de Sóller, the studio apartment Casita Maria boasts beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. The apartment consists of a living area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and air conditioning.
This child-friendly apartment offers a baby cot and highchair on request.
Enjoy the stunning scenery from your private balcony or private open terrace.
Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
The closest beach, Platja den Repic, is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment (270 m). Palma de Mallorca and the airport can both be reached within 35 minutes by car. This is a self-catering property.

Guests are expected to purchase their own after using what is provided at the property.
For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property. Please note: There are cats on the property, so the house is not suitable for people with allergies or sensitivities to cats.

Los anfitriones son amabilísimos (viven puerta con puerta). El estudio tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, está a dos pasos de la playa, y tiene unas preciosas vistas a la bahía.
El contacto antes de llegar a la casa es a través de una agencia (Mallorca Born Properties) y la persona que hablaba con nosotros era bastante antipática, sin demostrar ningún interés en la satisfacción de su cliente. Además, informó incorrectamente de nuestra hora de llegada al dueño (a pesar de que nos pidió dos veces la hora y el vuelo de llegada).
Insgesamt gelungen!

Ein netter kompakter Einraum-Bungalow mit sehr praktischer Einrichtung und Ausstattung, mit allem, was zur Selbstversorgung benötigt wird. Nette Vermieterfamilie und freundlicher Empfang. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefiel uns der kurze Weg zum Strand.
Der Weg zum Bungalow führt über eine Treppe und Terrasse, auf der viele (durchaus nette) Katzen leben. Hier ist bei warmem Wetter eine tolerante Nase empfehlenswert.
Und die Terrasse der Ferienwohnungen im Nachbarhaus ist leider nur durch eine dünne Stoffwand getrennt. In der ersten Woche war der Schlaf durch urlaubsfreudige Nachbarn manches Mal gestört.
