The renovated and fully equipped flat for up to 3 people has a fantastic location right by the sea. From the furnished balcony you have a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean, La Gomera, the harbour, the beach right next door and Palm Mar. Here you can relax, unwind and enjoy the midday sun until sunset. The 14 km long beach promenade begins directly behind the house, surrounded by many restaurants, bars and shops. The beautiful old town and the large "Playa de la Vista" beach are just a few minutes' walk away. Everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday is in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot.

The well-equipped kitchen (cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as sufficient crockery, glasses, cutlery and all necessary cooking utensils) is integrated into the living room. The dining table seats 4 people. In the living area there is a sofa bed and a TV with international programmes.

In the bathroom with window there is a shower, washbasin with large mirror and vanity unit as well as the WC. Bed linen, towels and a washing machine are provided. Due to the location of the flat, directly by the sea, there may be some noise on certain days when the surf hits the house wall.
