THE APARTMENT
Charming Paseo del Prado I is a good size studio full of natural light. The studio is located just in front of Del Prado Museum. There is a swimming pool in the rooftop, where you can take a bath while enjoying the best view of Madrid (The pool is only open during summer time)
It has a capacity for 4 people, double bed and a sofa bed.
This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, private bathroom and living room.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a hairdryer and free toiletries.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, a dining table, flat screen TV and a small desk where you can work, from the lounge area you access the terrace.
Among the amenities we find free wifi, air conditioning, heating, bed linen and towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board and free toiletries.
THE AREA
It is certainly the most fashionable district of Madrid and interesting as well. The most important museums, monuments and sights are within walking distance. You will fall in love with Madrid and its cosmopolitan and elegant atmosphere.
You are really able walk to every main attraction but you also have the underground and bus closeby and of course the electric bikes are a fantastic option.

Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries a charge of EUR 25.
The swimming pool only opens during the summer months.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
