The apartment is located in the most charming part of Seville, in the historic Jewish Quarter of Santa Cruz, where the Alcázar, the Cathedral, and other iconic monuments are found.
On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, and a small guest toilet.
Upstairs on the second floor, you will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.35 x 1.90 m) and another with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), as well as a full bathroom.
From this floor, a staircase leads to a private terrace equipped with a small table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine, and another area with two sun loungers to relax in the Seville sunshine. Lope de Rueda Street is one of the most beautiful streets in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, where you can experience the authentic essence of the city: narrow streets, whitewashed houses, balconies adorned with geraniums, and historic corners that seem to transport you over a thousand years back in time. The area offers numerous restaurants, tapas bars, and small shops to meet all your needs.
Just a few meters from the apartment, you can enjoy the finest Sevillian and Andalusian cuisine. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.

The apartment location is outstanding. Check-in was easy. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Muy bien ubicado , en buen estado las habitaciones , solo el elevador no servía , está en un segundo piso tienes que cargar maletas y organizar cuando te vas a duchar ,puesto que el agua caliente dura solo 20 minutos.
