Located in Puerto de Sóller, the apartment Ponent impresses guests with its modern decor and breathtaking view of the sea and the mountain.
The apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include fans, a washing machine, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair.
In your private outdoor area, you will find a balcony and an open terrace where you can watch the sun set with a glass of wine in your hand or enjoy delicious meals outside.
Furthermore, there is also a shared pool which is available for your use (open from 1st of May until the end of October). In a 3-minute walk you will reach the nearest restaurant and in an 8-minute walk you will reach a further selection of cafes, bars and restaurants.
The nearest supermarket is located a 9-minute walk from the apartment (750 m). Platja de Traves beach, with its soft, golden sand, also awaits your visit a 10-minute walk away (850 m). Parties or similar events are not allowed. The minimum age to do the check-in is 25 years old. Check-in after 9 pm can be arranged for an extra fee. Street parking is available. Ach naja, die Wohnung war bestimmt einmal sehr elegant, der Blick ist wunderschön, gar keine Frage.
Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Räume und der Küche sind entgegen der Beschreibung dermaßen lieblos, abgenutzt.und billig, dass man sich an jedem Urlaubstag neu darüber geärgert hat.

Location of the property is a huge bonus with incredible views and the ability to get away from the crowds to enjoy lounging on the terrace, yet still an easy walk down to the port.

Wir haben die Wohnung gebucht und uns sehr gefreut. Leider wurde kurz vor Ablauf der Stornierungsfrist unsere Buchung storniert, ohne Angabe von jeglichen Gründen. Aufgrund der Kurzfristigkeit hatten wir dann echt Schwierigkeiten etwas Neues zu finden. Es kann immer etwas dazwischenkommen, aber ohne Infos Über die Umstände fehlt uns da wirklich das Verständnis.
