Located in Canyamel, a small town on the east coast of the Balearic Islands, apartment Sa Torre 107 is part of a 4-storey apartment complex with 22 units sharing an outdoor area and pool.
The apartment consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (ideal for children due to its size), a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom (with a king-size bed consisting of 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV with international programs, a baby bed and a high chair.
From the living room you reach a private and covered terrace, which is equipped with comfortable furniture.
Here you can dine together in the fresh air or end the evening with a glass of wine.
In the communal outdoor area, which has sunbeds with sunshades, a barbecue and a shared pool with an additional area for children, the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten.
A laundry room is available for guests on the ground floor.
A supermarket is 260 metres from the accommodation and a selection of restaurants is within 100 metres.
Those who long for an expansivesandy beach with crystal clear water will find Playa de Canyamel after only 250 m or a short walk.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, nettes Personal, schön eingerichtet.
Morgens sehr laut, da täglich die Wege mit Laubbläsern gesäubert wurden. Einmal mit dem Besen zusammenfegen und einsammeln, hätte viel Lärm erspart.
Perfekte Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage mit hervorragendem Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr sauber, viele Handtücher, sogar ungefragter Wechsel nach vier Tagen.
Viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, freundlicher Vermieter, Strandtücher kostenlos, ebenso viele Bücher und Kosmetika, die andere Urlauber haben liegen lassen. Große Zimmer, neue Möbel, liebevolle Details wie ein Körbchen im Bad mit Shampoo, Seife etc.
