There is much to be said for this villa, situated high up overlooking the Guardiana River at sunset. Spacious it certainly is, with some ensuite bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms were a little sparse, and one with no bedside tables and lights at all. The pool has no shade so beware of sun burn. Two of the sun beds were broken. The kitchen was lacking, especially in glassware for 10 people - only two Cava glasses, which is a regular drink in Spain. No welcome pack, and left overs in the cupboard were a little suspect. I felt they should be cleared after every visit, half packets of rice etc. No idea how long they had been there. No pool towels supplied unless asked for, and they were sub-standard and had to be washed before vacating. Terrace furniture a little on the sad side now. Perhaps more keys for the occupants would be helpful, especially if they are all out for the day independently. We had to hide the set we had, so that we could get in if nobody else at home. For all that, the villa is very spacious, and AC is good. Lovely quiet position, beautiful sunsets over the river. Just needs a bit of TLC.

It was the best choice to live in this villa! Quiet and wonderfull surroundings.Super situation to travel to Portugal.The highest quality villa.Security deposit was returned immediately.
