The villa is all you would want from a holiday home and we had a great stay! Positives: The pool area is lovely - very private and peaceful. Considering you spend most of the time outside it was a great space. Great pool for kids - Steps into pool, and safe area around pool - both deep and shallow end depending on what you wanted. The grounds are kept very well maintained. Nice outside area for BBQ and seating, and this is separate from the pool which was nice. Nice shady areas for the kids to get out of the sun. We had a small problem with the air conditioning and the owner immediately got it sorted - very impressed! Good washing area and hanging facilities for the washing. Poolside furniture in good condition and outside shower was great for the kids. Supermarket local. Nice upstairs bedroom and chill out space, especially for a bit of privacy. Nice touch to change towels and linen part way through the week. To consider: The main road is right on the doorstep so whilst it is no problem when inside the villa in the evenings you can hear traffic noise. The road, whilst being very close to Pollensa town, is not really walkable as too busy and very dark at night. The inside of the house could do with a little bit of care and attention - no problems as such (and we hardly spent any time inside), but everything looked a little bit tired, could do with some refreshed furniture and accessories. Overall would recommend this villa to others. A good price for what was on offer.
