Administrative Issues First of all, I would like to clarify that all administrative issues such as the lease agreement was settled fast and and easy with the property owner. The deposit fee was also repaid early and in accordance with the agreement. The Apartment The location of the apartment is very good - top floor with good view from each balcony, and the standard of the apartment is also very high and meet all expectations in accordance with the information provided by the property owner. All facilities worked well. The apartment was also clean and net at arrival. The Property Area The apartment is located within a fairly new property area, which has security available 24 hours per day. The area is clean and have alll necessary facilities such as pools and gym. I strongly recommend anyone to rent this apartment. Per Wallerstedt/2017-07-15

This fantastic apartment fully lived up to our expectations. It is a luxury apartment with high standard, and everything worked just perfect. We rented the apartment the last week in April, and we really feel that we got value for money. We were 5 adults and 2 children, and the apartment was perfect for 7 people, because it is in 2-levels and there are several rooms/terraces so it is possible to have different activities going on at the same time, and still find a quiet room/terrace. Cleaning and order was very good both in the apartment and in the Community in general. We had very good service onsite from the local people and very good service from the owner Gunnar (replies quickly on requests and quick refund of deposit). We rented a car in the airport and I will recommend a car, since there are not many activities you can walk to from the Community. They are many activities within short driving distance. Remember swim cab, if you wish to use the indoor heated pool and tennis racket if you wish to use the tennis paddle court. These are not possible to rent/borrow onsite.

Loved the penthouse, kids were extremely happy. Mercadona just around the corner. Beautyful and clean pool areas, never crowded.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment has everything you can ask for Inc super nice terraces. The owner was very friendly and the property manager seemed to have a 24/7 schedule. The apartment is found in a super nice compound with multiple pools that were never crowded. It was located right in the middle of Marbella and Estepona which both are 15 min away by car. Beautiful Puerto Banus is just a 7 min drive. There is also a really good Mercadona right outside the compound.
