Large terrace, plus 2 tables, 6 chairs, 1 double chair, 2 sun loungers and parasol. Private gated access to the apartment and pool & there is an allocated underground parking space. There is no through traffic and Bolnuevo has a very large beach. The apartment would suit a couple/family looking for a quiet time and a stress free holiday. There is a local English speaking person who looks after the property and he lives on the complex.

We found this little gem of a place in March 2018 and liked it so much we book our main holiday this year. Air conditioning and ceiling fans have recently been put in the property. Location was key for us with a short walk to the local bars, shops and beach, but it was the easy access to Puerto de Mazarron which made this place ideal. Communication with the owner is quick and easy and he responds within 24 hours. His description of the property and surrounding area is very accurate, so please take time to read this. A meet and greet service is available and help is on hand should you need it. We really enjoyed our stay and are seriously thinking of booking the property again next year.

Well furnished apartment, which makes you feel right at home; ideal for two people. The location is well situated for excursions in the Murcia region. There are several beaches in the area, but not all of them have the same quality in terms of water and beach cleanliness. It's worth trying different beaches.

Terrace was a delight and exceptionally well furnished, 2 comfortable sofas (also not the norm) good lighting, generous heating (December stay) strong wifi and well equipped. Good communication with owner and resident managers. Highly recommended
