The process of booking the villa was extremely easy through Eva and any questions where answered quickly. Eva could really not have been more helpful and I would highly recommend booking with her. The Villa itself is large and comfortable. When we where there is July/August it was 34 to 36 degrees Celsius every day and the aircon worked extremely well to keep the villa cool to give us respite and make for a comfortable nights sleep. The location is good being about 8 to 10 minutes walk from supermarkets/shops/beach etc and is in a very quite residential area. The ground are completely enclosed and very safe for children. The biggest downside to this villa is the pool. It is just about large enough for a family of 5 (2 adults plus 8, 5 and 4 year olds) however unless all the children are strong swimmers it is too deep. The shallow end is 125cm and deep end 175cm so two of our children could not touch the bottom of the pool. This meant we always had to be with them outside just in case they fell in etc. Arm bands, rings etc are OK but in the heat the kids found them a little too restrictive. The pool steps are also very badly designed with a very deep top step making getting into the pool harder, even for adults. Another thing to note is that although the listing states Satellite TV there are no English channels (other than news channels). I know you do not do on holiday to watch TV but during the middle of the day when the sun is HOT or early evening when getting ready to go out the kids would have like to be able to chill out and watch TV. There is also no DVD player so the TV is pretty useless and we did not use it at all during the 2 weeks. Restaurants are good in the area although the ones situated in nice locations (on the sea front) are quite expensive (food and drink for family of 5 being about 70/90 Euro). There are also only about 5 or 6 so choice is quite limited. Can Picafort is too far to walk along the prom (I guess about 25/30 minutes so in the heat.....a hot sweaty walk) although there is a road train that the kids enjoyed riding on which takes you there. The resort itself is nice and quiet (being mainly a residential area) and is good for families with small children or couples. There is no real nightlife so not a good place for families with older teens or if you want to party. Banana's Bar/restaurant on the beech has live music every night (in high season it is best to book a table) but it is a good place to sit/eat/drink with sand under your feet.

Loved our stay at this property. Very quiet area which was what we wanted but not too far to walk to the beach and restaurants. All enjoyed the pool. Loved the different seating areas around the garden which meant you could always find somewhere shady if you wanted to be out of the sun. Toni met us on arrival and told us everything we needed to know. Allowed us to leave our luggage in property for last day as had a later flight which meant we could go out for lunch and a last walk along the beach. We had a lovely holiday and would be happy to recommend this property to other families.

This house had a great location for a peaceful holiday and was less than a five minute walk to all the shops and bars etc. The house was spotless and had everything that you needed. The pool has issues with no hand rail to get in and the step are very steep. My parents were unable to get into it, this may also be an issue for children, however, a gorgeous beach is only a few minutes walk away. Toni was a wonderful host, so friendly and gave us all the information we needed for a wonderful holiday. He also arrived one day with a gorgeous cake for my mum's birthday and she was just charmed. I would recommend this villa and hope to return in the future. Thank you Toni (and Eva)

Villa great area very good but pool two deep for youngster`s to stand in, and also difficult to get out of as first step to deep, and through no fault of anyone Mosquito`s and cockroaches were out in force.Plenty of good eating establishments and shops,we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa.
