This very charming two storey terraced house is situated in a quiet, luxurious resident area on the mountainside just above Cómpeta with breathtaking views to the mountains and the Mediterranean. The house has a private terrace and garden with access to a beautifully landscaped extensive communal area with a spacious swimming pool.

Cómpeta, which is one of the white Andalusia mountain villages in the Southern part of Spain, is only 20 kilometres from the coast and 55 minutes drive from the airport in Málaga.

The interior layout consists of a combined living/dining room leading to a balcony, kitchen, utility room and bathroom. Downstairs are another bathroom and 3 bedrooms, one of which has access to the private garden (about 50 m2), which has a gate to the communal garden and pool. The house is tastefully furnished and marble tiling and floors have been used throughout. There is excellent access to the house via tarmac roads and the main square of the village is within walking distance (10 minutes). A private parking place is directly in front of the house. 

Activities:
Walking: Many interesting walks in the area and many marked trails across the Sierra Almijara National Park. The National Park borders to the entrance of this property.
Beaches: The popular coastal resorts of Nerja and Torre del Mar are only 20 kilometres away.
Horse riding: A ranch offering lessons for adults and children are 5 minutes drive away.
Golf: Two 18-hole golf courses within easy driving distance.
Tennis: Court is available to rent in the village.
