Hacienda Riquelme Golf in Polaris WorldPolaris World Hacienda Riquelme Golf lies beneath the Columbares Mountains in Sucina, which separate the capital Murcia from the sea. The resort is hidden in rich and fertile farmland, punctuated by surprising peaks.
The self contained luxury golf resort is built in an area of 1.353.000 m² and comprises of 1864 apartments, set in beautiful landscaped gardens with all the facilities on-site that you could wish for.
The small international airport, Murcia San Javier, is 30 minutes drive. The city of Murcia is around 26 minutes drive, Corvera is 15 minutes away from the resort.
Facilities
Polaris World Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort houses one of the oldest haciendas in Murcia. The old hacienda has been refurbished and extended to provide five star leisure facilities.
The resort has its own “Town Centre” offering all type of services, restaurants, cafeterias, pubs, travel agency, rent a car, fitness centre, swimming pool, medical centre, gardening and decoration services.
Golf
Polaris World is an ideal place for golf lovers, the 18-hole challenging course is well maintained and was endorsed by Jack Nicklaus. The course features complicated approaches to the greens and challenging bunkers, set in a beautiful environment of wild flowers, olive trees and large lakes.

easily exceeds 20 degrees.
In 1986 the World Health Organisation
recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination
