From the moment you enter the apartment guests will experience a warm welcome by the lovely maritime-themed deco. The bright sitting room has large and comfortable seating with a flat-screen TV and a spacious bed settee offering enough space for two. The bedroom provides lots of storage space in a chest of drawers and the built-in wardrobe with a safe installed.
A closable hatch connects the sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, oven and a washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub and a window to the exterior. Free WiFi is available in the apartment.
The balcony with its stunning sea view can be accessed from both bedroom and living room, creating a lovely bright atmosphere throughout the day. The apartment is South-orientated and receives the sun from midday to sunset in summer and from morning to sunset in winter. Looking down from the balcony you see the communal area that belongs to the building, with a swimming pool, padel courts and a beautiful garden. The swimming pool is open all year, however unheated so it gets quite cold in winter.
The apartment is on the 12th floor of a 16-level building with 24h security. There is a ramp for wheelchair users and strollers leading to the main entrance. Three elevators are installed to access the apartment, as well as a staircase.
Being located in the heart of Los Boliches it is in close proximity to the city centre with all amenities, shops and various beaches. The closest beach in front of the building was made accessible for wheelchair users and also was awarded with the Blue Flag, which assures waste management and coastal planning and protection.
For those who would like to explore the surroundings of Fuengirola and visit other cities of Andalusia, the nearby motorway offers a convenient starting point. Bus stops and the train station are only a few minutes walking distance from the apartment, which makes a car unnecessary.
Fuengirola itself has a lot to offer, such as cultural and gastronomic events, sports grounds, a vivid nightlife, numerous bars and restaurants. The 8km long promenade is flat throughout and perfect for long walks on the beach.

We have spent over 25 years in this beautiful place scouting all these things out and would like to share them with you so you don’t miss a minute of vacation time wondering where to find anything.

Suitable for elderly people due to its convenient, safe location close to all amenities. A car is not necessary as shops, beach, restaurants and other facilities are within short walking distance.
Diverse leisure activities are offered, ranging from water sports, shopping facilities, cinemas and markets to cultural events and a vivid nightlife.
The communal area of the building includes a garden, padel courts an unheated swimming pool, which is open all year.
A private parking is located next to the building, however there are no specific parking spaces allocated to any owner, so it works on a first come, first served basis.
Linen and towels are provided; high chair, cot, stroller/buggy and beach towels can be hired as an extra cost.
